Per NCAA Bylaw 13, a staff member, coach, or any representative of athletics interests shall not be involved, directly or indirectly, in making arrangements for or giving or offering to give any financial aid or other benefits to prospective student-athletes or the prospective student-athletes’ relatives or friends. All student-athletes are required at the beginning of every academic year to disclose any commitments that have been made to them for any forms of financial assistance (outside aid, summer jobs, etc.) other than what is already in their approved financial aid packages.
