Communication Studies at St. Mary’s
The Department of Communication Studies develops future leaders, advocates, visual designers, writers and communicators through an interdisciplinary, international and integrated program of communication research, education, engagement and application.
Through its undergraduate program and student organizations, it focuses on understanding how information processes and communication technologies impact to local and global communities and prepares students for careers as effective and ethical communicators and leaders, with awareness of and appreciation for contemporary communication issues and with the skills and tools conducive to success across professional contexts.
