What is Title IX?

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a comprehensive federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity.

  • Fill out the form below.
  • File in person with a Title IX Coordinator or any deputy coordinator.

Training Resources for Title IX Personnel

As required by the Department of Education, materials used to train university Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process must be made publicly available.

For Title IX Hearing Officers and Hearing/Appeals Panelists

Title IX staff and investigators also participated in an online adjudicator training program offered by the National Association of Clery Compliance Officers and Professionals (NACCOP).
