The agenda for the event focuses on topics helpful to small businesses and small business start-ups, such as writing a business plan, exploring financing options, and protecting from fraud. Sessions will feature local experts from organizations including the St. Mary’s Bill Greehey School of Business, the city’s Economic Development Department, the Community Development Fund and the South Texas Women’s Business Center.
Registration will begin at 8 a.m. in Conference Room A of the University Center. The conference will start at 9 a.m. and last until 1 p.m.
