OF INTEREST:
The Ethics Bowl is run like the “College Bowl” television series. One month in advance, teams get a set of moral quandaries to study. At the competition, a moderator selects one of the issues. Each team is granted one minute to discuss it before one of them presents the group opinion. A panel of judges may seek clarification or may rest, turning over the ethical question to the other team. Answers are judged for intelligibility, depth, focus and judgment.
